The Amazon is a colossus of forests and rivers that stretches across nine countries in South America. It is the largest equatorial forest in the world. A place where 1/5 of the fresh water flows and where the greatest variety of flora and fauna on planet Earth is concentrated.

Thousands of kilometers of forests wind through the Amazon River, continuously fed by its more than 1000 tributaries. All this water makes the Amazon the largest river in the world in terms of water volume.
